is it my transition or your migration from GoldMine?

GoldMine was typically the hub of the data-centric services I have provided since 2003.

In 2016, I expanded into GoldMine-less projects, attempting to keep it as an offering.  Supporting CRM users requires an availability that grew to interrupt new projects and I could no longer provide the support I felt they deserved.  Today's GoldMine users are best served by traditional help-desk driven GoldMine partners, something I have never been - it was just a 24/7 part of life through 2015.

In 2020, I returned to work for Havill during a planned one-year transition to a service model and decided to leave the channel. The onset of COVID changed my plans to transitioning help-desk dependent clients and just remaining active, but reactive.

In May 2023, with the announcement that Ivanti will no longer sell new installs for GoldMine (new single users, bundleable, remain available with no support), I decided to remain in the channel to serve organizations that use and want to maintain their own GoldMine systems.

You can find current offers and book here.

I will likely remain in the channel until the product is no longer maintained and expect to have a solution for clients that wish to extend the life of their GoldMine install.
