The hourly rate for on-demand technical support is $125/hour.
Projects
Projects are quoted, fixed-cost, fixed-duration, with estimated range of hours and invoiced 50/50 or 33/33/33 depending on expected scope and duration.
90-day Blocks
Sometimes it's not support and not a project. Do you have an ongoing development need? Maybe a mini-project, like an upgrade or server migration? Purchase a prepaid block of time @ $75/seat to lock in a rate of $75/hour.
