Since implementing a 1,000 seats of GoldMine for a nationwide Shell Fleet Card initiative in 1996, my customer base has known no boundaries and my services have no limits. Since 2003, when I became an authorized GoldMine partner as Plateau Marketing, I have serviced single-user customers as well as international corporations based in the US and Canada up to 300 seats.

In addition to GoldMine sales, service, training, and support, I have architected over 30 API integrations; developed at least 400 SQL reports (I stopped counting at 400); integrated with web apps, ERP, and accounting systems through middleware and directly through back-end SQL procedures, functions, and triggers; automated ETL procedures; developed real-time views and dashboarding systems; and, integrated inbound & outbound call center telephone systems & telephony solutions. My capabilities have never been limited by my technical abilities; rather, I architect and implement solutions.

Based in Toledo, my presence has always been strongest in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania. My reach has extended with multiple accounts in Hawaii, California, Arizona, Florida, New York, and New Jersey, and single accounts in an array of other states.

Vertically, my presence has been strong in health & ancillary insurance, property & casualty, third-party eligibility and investigative businesses, and among consumer and industrial product manufacturers that provide value-added, specialty, and niche products. Sometimes it takes a unique guy to understand other unique businesses.
